About Our Studio

Pilates 44 is a fully equipped bespoke Pilates Studio in Bathurst NSW. We are Australian Gov. Certified Pilates Professionals recognised by our peak industry bodies, the Pilates Alliance of Australasia Australian Pilates Method Association. Working alongside Allied Health services to ensure your body is receiving the best possible holistic approach. Our reputation as Professionals within our industry has lead to referrals and collaborations with our Studio from; Podiatrists Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Nutritionists, GPs, and Massage Therapists.


We are dedicated to a holistic approach to wellbeing and the practice of the Pilates method within

a range of private Studio and semi private equipment and mat settings, learning movement experiences that enhance day to day life tasks. Our teachers are creative and enjoy teaching movement progressions that promote resilience, self efficiency and autonomy, trust in your own capabilities, which in turn creates confidence, positive emotions and experiences associated within movement.

The Studio itself is a HAVEN. Somewhere to escape into a different world of alluring calming serenity. The tranquillity of this space has been designed with your needs in mind allowing for a peaceful centered experience during each session. Located centrally with easy access to parking and surrounded by beautiful artisan shops and spectacular local parks and gardens.

When teaching Pilates, we work with the whole person. Holistic HEALTH is to provide support for the body as a whole, not just one certain part of the body, but inclusive of: physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing. It emphasizes the connection of mind, body, and spirit. 


Our Studio has designed specific Women's Health Workshops that we run in collaboration with Miriam Rose Natural Health . We are so excited to bring our collective clients a holistic approach to well-being.

Joining Pilates 44 Studio is by appointment only. We welcome NDIS clients that are self or plan managed. This allows you continuity and the opportunity to grow your skills within your movement practice. It also allows for intimate knowledge of your specific needs for modifications to support injury recovery and/or pain management.
