After recently relocating to Bathurst from the Riverina, Charlotte completed her mat-work Pilates instruction with Polestar Pilates education.

- Complete Pilates Mat-work – Polestar Pilates Education Australia.

- Bachelor of Physiotherapy with CSU.

- Master of Clinical Medicine in Leadership and Management University of Newcastle.

- WH&S.

- Group Membership with the Pilates Association Australia (PAA).

Having a background in physiotherapy and keen eye for body movement has allowed her to blend her knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics seamlessly into her Pilates instruction. Charlotte is passionate about empowering her clients to achieve their fitness and wellness goals through tailored Pilates sessions.

 

Her warm and approachable teaching style makes each class a supportive and enjoyable experience. Outside of pilates and physiotherapy, Charlotte is a new mum to Tallulah, has two fur babies Woody and Maple, and enjoys outdoor walks and her husbands cooking!
