Our classes are intimate for greater focus on attention to detail for your body's specific needs. From Studio Private 1.1 sessions to Studio Equipment 1.3, Reformer 1.3 and Mat 1.4 settings .

Semi Private with a maximum of 3 per session. Working with the reformer offers both resistance & assistance.
