Simmone Cser Pratzky
Pilates 44 Studio Founder/Manager
Studio. Reformer. Mat
Simmone's teaching is driven from a place of creativity and artistic passion with a healthy dose of inspiration from like minded people. Seeing a need for Pilates in her home town she opened Pilates 44 Studio in 2017. The first fully equipped Pilates Studio in Bathurst NSW.
Her personal journey to Pilates began in 2011 as she searched for a modality that could aid her in managing ongoing back and neck pain caused by a serious horse riding accident. After having amazing positive changes both physically and mentally she wanted to learn more about sharing the health benefits of Pilates.
Simmone completed training and Certification as a Pilates instructor through the Pilates Institute of Australasia and is completing the Comprehensive Diploma in Pilates studied through Polestar Education 10828NAT. With over 5000 hours teaching and 1600+ hours/3.5 years training, Simmone is experienced and well versed in teaching Studio, Reformer and Mat Pilates. She specializes in teaching Private Studio sessions for injury recovery and pain management.
She continually undertakes workshops relevant to her field as a Pilates Professional: Managing Chronic Pain/Lower Back Pain (*Juan Nieto), Supporting the Pelvic Floor (*Centre for Women's Fitness), Oov Instructor (*Nick Dawe & Daniel Vladetta), Bio Mechanics Corrective Exercise (*BMM), Polestar Pilates Anatomy and Physiology.
With a strong belief that learning is a continued process for any passion, one of her self care priorities is to attend to her own Pilates training through weekly private lessons with her mentor, Joanne Bezzina, owner of Pilates on George in Sydney who is a Polestar Pilates Educator and the 2017 Pilates Anytime winner.
Simmone is highly passionate about empowering clients and teaching them how to bring movement into their lives, to find a greater physical and mental awareness of their bodies, to own their movement practice and find joy in movement.
