What is Holistic Health?

We hear the term HOLISTIC a lot. So what does it mean? Holistic HEALTH is to provide support for the whole person, not just one certain part of the body, but inclusive of: physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual wellbeing. It emphasises the connection of mind, body, and spirit.



How does Pilates 44 Studio work Holistically?

We work alongside Allied Health Professionals such as; Podiatrists, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Nutritionists, GPs, and Massage Therapists. Meaning that we refer our clients out to any of these, or other, allied health practitioners should we feel that they could benefit from combining Pilates with other health practices.


Our Studio also hosts specific Women's Health Workshops throughout the year in collaboration with Nutritionist Miriam Rose Natural Health


We are always excited to bring our clients a holistic approach to their well-being.

Find Holistic HEALTH that works for you and your needs. It doesn't have to be all or nothing. Example - Pilates & Physiotherapy or Natural Medicine with Western Medicine.
