We are really excited to be working on workshops specific to women's health PILATES. NUTRITION & WELL-BEING. Focusing around perimenopause, menopause, breast cancer survivorship, pre and post natal. Dates and details to be finalised.


Pilates 44 Studio and Miriam Rose Natural Health (DipHSc (Nutritional Medicine), BHSc (Naturopathy), Master of Human Nutrition} both have a strong focus on Women's Health and met up to discuss ways to work together to bring our collective clients a wholistic approach to well-being.


Our aim is to deliver interactive informative workshops throughout the year that focus on specific topics around women's health.


The first workshop that we will be putting together will be for - Perimenopause. From symptom management to movement and nutrition as we head into our 40's and early 50's.


Perimenopause seems to be an elusive time in a women's life that isn't discussed a lot. We hear about menopause and puberty but not a lot for that time in between from 35 to 45>, What a perfect place to begin! (and a little self serving given I am that 48 year old perimenopausal symptomatic women).
