Bachelor Exercise Science - Charles Sturt University (current), Mentor - Polestar Education Australia has collaborated with Miriam Rose Natural Health DipHSc (Nutritional Medicine), BHSc (Naturopathy), Master of Human Nutrition.

Both have a strong focus on Women's Health and we are so excited to bring our collective clients a holistic approach to well-being.

 

ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP

Pilates 44 Studio - Our Pilates teachers are educated in working with the pre and post natal body. Including specific pelvic floor health through learning how to relax the pelvic floor as well as strengthening. Learning safe ways to move using breath which can both strengthen and teach the pelvic floor to relax, very important factors during the birthing process. Posture and relaxation is a big focus within the movement session. The body changes so much throughout the 9 months of pregnancy and each stage requires different thoughts around movement. You will be taught movement and awareness to take away from your sessions into your daily practice.

Nutrition with Miriam Rose - Miriam will be delivering information on diet, lifestyle and some key nutritional supplements for the pre natal body. There will also be a summary handout for all participants to take home with the key points discussed. Questions are encouraged.
