SEMI PRIVATE REFORMER PILATES
These classes are a wonderful way to support the body while giving neural feedback with perhaps the most popular piece of Pilates equipment designed by Joseph Pilates. Classes are limited to 4 clients for a more intimate focused experience allowing a greater attention to correct movement and adjustments that are required including the use of other Studio equipment such as the Trapeze Table, Wunda Chairs and Spine Correctors.
Our sessions are expertly designed around client's specific needs with modifications easily made when necessary. We focus on functional movement working with the biomechanics of the body while incorporating classical sequences and contemporary flows. Our Studio uses only the best hand made equipment from Pilates Equip Australia
The reformer offers overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. These things, in turn, lead to daily life improvements like better posture, efficient movement, and for many, relief from pain.
Commencement Package $290 Initial 45 minute consultation plus 2 private reformer sessions and grip socks by Move Active (*required for all new clients)
10 Sessions $330.00 (10 week term)
