Our studio is not a walk-in business. We have limited availabilities and bookings are by appointment. We are focused on women's health and emphasize a holistic, client-centered approach that uses your unique profile. Specific Needs and Goals: What do you realistically want to achieve. Past and Current Injury: Management of injury post rehabilitation and movement.

If you are a potential client looking to begin, here are some common goals that can help determine the best starting point. Once you clarify your goals, the studio can better recommend a starting path (e.g., private sessions, beginner group classes).

  • Rehabilitation: Focusing on injury recovery or managing chronic conditions.

  • Fitness: General mobility and flexibility.

  • Mind-Body Connection: Stress reduction and enhanced body awareness.

  • Athletic Performance: Improving core strength and preventing injuries for specific sports.

The next step is to complete our client health history and participation forms. We work alongside allied health and may refer you to an outside practitioner during your assessment consultation as part of your whole-body care.

  • Complete Forms: clients must fill out and return the provided health history and participation forms to the Studio.

  • Schedule Consultation: Once the forms are received, clients can book an initial consultation through our online booking system.

  • Attend Assessment: clients will then attend the one-off, 45-minute assessment session we get to know you a little better and gain deeper understanding of specific needs.

CANCELLATIONS

Clients can cancel appointments through the reminder email that is issued 3 days prior to appointment times. We value our clients and offer a catchup as a 'good will gesture'. Clients can catchup 2 missed classes per current 6 week block, due to reasonable circumstances and provided that cancellation notice is given no less than 24 hours unless absolutely unavoidable i.e., waking up unwell. To book a catchup session, clients may head to the booking page of our website to book into a session based on what is available. If your instructor is away due to illness or other, alternate arrangements will be made.

PERIODS OF NON-ATTENDANCE

We will try to accommodate where we can and if it is practicable for the running of our business. We cannot however 'hold' a place open and unpaid for clients. If you are away for the majority of a 6 week block but do not wish to lose your current day and time, clients will be required to pay for the whole block as usual and will still be able to book in for 2 catch-up sessions as outlined above. Any classes outside of this however will be omitted. Any open unpaid spaces will be advertised.

CASUAL DROP-IN CLASS PRICING outside of make-up sessions

Anything above the allocated make up sessions will be at the following cost should clients want extra casual classes.

  • $59.50 (inc gst) per class – Studio Group

  • $45 (inc gst) per class – Small Apparatus

CASUAL SMALL GROUP MAT SESSIONS

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU

The below are necessary not just for hygiene but to also protect the equipment from wear and tear.

  • Studio Equipment & Reformer clients will need a reformer mat

  • Pilates grip socks (available at the Studio).

  • Water bottle.

WHAT NOT TO BRING WITH YOU

  • Illness. If you are sick, then our studio is not for you at that time. Please stay home. We reserve the right to refuse entry to unwell clients.

  • Jewellery. Please remove necklaces, earrings, rings and bracelets.

  • Clothing with zippers.

  • Mobile phones. PLEASE turn them off. Unless it is for an emergency.

  • Smart watches. As with phones PLEASE turn them off or at the least down.

  • Avoid answering messages during the session time as this is very distracting.

  • Fake Tan.  Please do not come in to your session straight after a tanning appointment as the tan gets onto the equipment and stains the upholstery.

  • Please leave shoes under the chairs and not on the Studio floor (shoes = germs).

COMMON COURTESIES

  • Arriving on time not only avoids disruption to the teacher but also the clients that are already participating in the session. Should you be more than 10 minutes late, we ask that you omit that session as a courtesy to your teacher and other clients. Factor in travel time to the Studio and parking.

  • If you know that you will be late, notify the studio at least an hour before your class. Remember, we are teaching and therefore not looking at our phone messages.

  • Clients will need to move out of the Studio in a timely manner. We all love a catch up and chat, however with just 15 minutes between classes, your teacher needs to clean, have some water and food and visit the facilities and prepare for the next session.

  • If you need to leave early, please alert your teacher before the class and make your way out quietly.

SESSION TIMES

Our sessions run on 6 week block basis with 1 week closure. Current Studio clients will be automatically booked into the following term. Clients cannot book ahead of a term.

STUDIO ADMINISTRAION HOURS
