Pilates 44 Studio is second to none. We are a Pilates Association Australia registered Studio located in Bathurst, Central Western NSW. The Studio is professional, positive and personalised.

Our focus is holistic health management to enhance quality of life. Many of the Studio's clients are recovering from an injury or surgery are improving their balance or mobility in older years, or simply looking for a safe and caring way to improve fitness.

You will be guided by our vastly knowledgeable and highly qualified professional Pilates practitioners. We work alongside your allied health professionals, employing post rehabilitative expertness to support you safely through your session, with specialised attention that allows for the management and recovery from recurring/chronic ongoing injuries.

Women's health is a cornerstone for our Studio. We have developed and run, in conjunction with Miriam Rose Natural Health, an industry approved workshop for Perimenopause with professional development points for Pilates Association Australia members, along with Senescence, a workshop for women 70+.
